So- I turn away for 2 minutes- and I come back to Devan and Izzy making mud pies in the backyard! She was covered in mud!! Imagine- my daughter- playing in the mud? Well, she certainly looked adorable and I actually didn't mind cleaning up after this crew. How can you not smile when you see these?
Goldman Sachs recently announced that they would be moving into a new building in downtown Salt Lake City. 222 South Main will soon be Devan's new office. The building is amazing and it is the first truly "green" building in SLC. I wanted to send out a few of the pics we took when we were downtown for the SGK race.
Every year, it is a family tradition to run the Susan G Koman Race for the Cure. We had so much fun and it was so inspiring to see so many people support the cause. We heard 20,000 people registered this year! Even Izzy sported her pink jacket to show her enthusiasm.
Ok- So I know this is a little out of order but having Easter the day after Izzy's first birthday was quite a challenge! I really wanted to post some of the adorable pics from Izzy's second Easter. It had just snowed in Utah so Easter was really cold. The big kids (including our parents) were able to find eggs outside just fine but we decided to do Izzy's egg hunt indoors. She had so much fun playing with her uncle Chris, Grandma T and Grandpa T at our house and then we headed off to an awesome afternoon at Devan parents' house. I especially love the picture of all four cousins together. It was a great day.
For Izzy's first birthday, Grandma and Grandpa T gave her an awesome backyard roller coaster. Needless to say, our little dare devil LOVES it! Devan and I take turns carrying her from the bottom -back to the top- so she can push herself down the track again and again.
